Which will consume more power, Athlon 64 +3000 or Intel Core 2 Duo E4300?

Currently i have Athlon 64 +3000 with an Asrock 939DS2 (socket 939) motherboard, a 550W PSU and an 8800GTX, im planning to upgrade my processor to an Intel E4300 and motherboard to an 965P chipset based motherboard. question is which of the 2 processors will consume more power? im just worried that my power supply won't be able to have enough "juice". Do they have similar power draws?
