bottling problems

I'm wondering if anyone out there can answer this for me. I bottled my english brown ale 8 days ago and used Coopers Carbonation Drops. When I opened it yesterday it had very little carbonationa and no head. If I open all the bottles, add more carbonation drops and sit them for another week, will this fix the problem or should I just give it more time?
