recently i joined a reputed school as an english teacher.i was given the senior classes, but to accomodate my schedule some other teacher was shown the exit door.n this thing is making me feel guilty that i became the reason for all this thing, although indirectly but yes i was the reason.in addition to it,i was made the class teacher of her class and was given her cupboard and keys.this worsened the conditions for me.how should i cope up with it??????????

Sonalika, I do not think you should feel guilty. I think it is not you... who asked for handing you over the keys etc. ..it is not U who asked for designating you as class teacher. I think it was the decision of the school authorities... they would have thought it better to you give you an opportunity to show your mettle. No need to be feel guilty consious.... Enjoy and do your duties with dedication and honesty.
p.s. - Nice to know that you are an English teacher...hopefully... I will continue to receive guidance from you to imporve upon my English.

Hopefully, you would be feeling better now and would have come to terms...because you were fair on your part.

I guess it was the decision of the school principal to plan the agenda. There is nothing to be guilty about. It is your honour that the principal values you. I would take it with pride and confidence. However, I would remain apprehensive as the same fate could befall me. Make friends with the "victim", and I am sure he will understand that you are also a "victim" and not the mastermind of the exits.
