how do you deal with depression?

Some people say we need to find something new doing to divert our attention. Change some habits, and invest in some new things. But most importantly, know the core of depression and attack. How about you, what do you normally do?

there are many things that have been proposed and will be proposed for dealing with depression, but as far as i know and i have experienced the best way is meditation and yoga. I have always found it o be useful and it works wonders. it a bit tough to do yoga in start but after 15-20 days u get going and u start enjoying. Try it. Have fun.

thank you for the post. i've heard yoga is good. so relaxing so they say. will try it and have loads of fun, hehehe!!
