Too low traffic to my blog.

I own a blog at http://earningmoneysecrets.blogspot.com. But there is hardly any traffic. Can some body give me some tips about increasing a traffic to my blog?

I started getting more traffic to my blog just by commenting on other blogs and using the blog url as my website. I also joined mybloglog, which is a great community of bloggers. You can join mybloglog directly from my blog at http://badpennyweb.blogspot.com
