Digital Cameras vs Cameras in Mobile Phones

Do you prefer one over the other? My personal story is that I somehow never use "normal" cameras but lately I've been using my mobile phone camera a lot. I absolutely love this direction that mobile phones are taking by improving their cameras significantly and even getting 5MP cameras (although MP's don't tell the whole story).

Mobile phone cameras aren't good enough quality - a normal digital camera has different settings for different type of photos you plan on taking.
I'd definitely go with a normal digital camera myself, they're getting more & more compact so they're easier to take with you in your purse or handbag & they have better MP which then allows for better quality photos so yeah i get MP's do really tell the whole story - the more you have the better your photos will look when they've been printed out!

When a digi cam is not at my finger tips, I use my mobile phone cam. In some situation people involved in certain funny scenes may be sensitive to a camera, then I think it more convenient to use my mobile phone instead. Back home I will edit the video and get rid of the part showing people's face. Then I may produce a funny video to post on youtube or similar websites.
