More Megapixels, better camera?

Do you think that the more Megapixels you have the better your photos will look like? What about the lenses, the algorithm that your camera uses to process your photos? Personally I think that Megapixels are important but only looking at Megapixels might get your burnt one day. Having a good lense and good algorithm in your camera can make a camera beat a camera with more Megapixels. This is a surprising fact so I just wanted to share it with you.
