When did you start to use internet?

in the year of 1997 i start using internet and in the year of 1998 i met my love thru online, even though she is my next door classmate lol. Have fun and enjoy! =) And yet im still using 2007

I used internet in 1998. I also knew nothing about it, i went to cyber cafe with my friend, for creating an e-mail id, we took lot of time, we both dint have much knowldege about the net, At that time the net was slow. and it was something new to me, I felt that i had done some adventure by creating an e-mail id. i was happy, but later it become common, now a days even the 5 or 6 years children have good knowldege about internet, it's also a part of my life. i usually dont watch tv, but i like browsing on net, but only on quality sites, it has become a daily routine to browse on net.

I started in 1998 when I was in high school. I also knew very little about it and I had to learn some things and at that time I joined eBay and started buying stuff from their site. I can see a lot of improvements that have happened over the years through the Internet. I think the internet is very interesting now because with a fast connection (well I don't have that yet) you can watch videos! Perhaps the internet can replace the TV :). Pablo

I have been online since 1996. I remember that my first internet connection used to cost me a small fortune each month. The internet has changed so much. It just keeps getting better and better.

I never saw anything on the internet until 2005, I was 17 at the time.
