boss and me

My boss is very strict. Some time he orders me wrong. Should I obey his wrong order?

i not understand the orderd of ur boss but my boss (s.s)is very nice man .my boss love all the staff.and love same the sons .like it my boss . and i respect the wrong orders . but the father is not wrong order his sons.......

it will be so difficult to do when this happened. we don't know how to to. obey the boss, or obey the fact. but i think we should tell the boss what is the fact, if he insist his idea, so , we could do nothing except obey.

You should talk to him about it in a diplomatic way. After all, if you do the wrong instruction he gave you, he will definately say you are not a reliable employee. Why? Because even the wrong instruction you do it blindly. So, talk to your boss about it.
