Yeah - I saw her discussion. The end of the pavemennt sneaked up on her & gave hera real scare there. Just like the bathroom door that moved when she was trying to reach for a towel on it & instead walked right into it. Anyway, just help her watch out for those trees & lamp posts that like to step out onto the road while she's driving past.

Well - so far, luckily, not while she's driving the car.

We are thankful you were with her or she might have fallen and hurt herself badly. By the way, Mel, are you blonde too?

I keep thinking we should all get her a padded body covering, with built in air conditioning, to prevent her from getting hurt anymore. That way maybe she wouldn't injure herself, and she would be nice and cool at the same time. But knowing our Gabs, and I am saying this very lovingly, something would probably STILL happen to her. (Gabs....you know I love you! LOL)

Older persons tend to be clumsy and accident prone, i or you must have someone to accompany your mother in order to watch over her for future accidents.

i cant say anythign i am the same way. i am just clumbsy most of the time. lol. i mean i broke my wrist and ankle getting the turkey out of the oven. my allergys play a big role in it though. my balance is off cause my ears get stopped up etc when hay fever and everything else starts. you never know that could be her and she does not know it. alto of people dont. that and if i get a sinus infection watch out i cant make it across the floor hardly. lol. it is funny but at the same time really embarrassing too. glad you were there to catch her. falling off a kerb like that can hurt if you try to catch yourself and dont do it right. my poor wrist has been broken a few times from that too.
