Having A Hard Time Disciplining young ones

My Husband and I discussed before we got married that we will not allow any distant relative from both of our sides so we can have a harmonious relationship with each other and that our family will not be affected by problems brought by others, but, I broke It i brought two siblings with me after our mother died and I reaaly experience that problems with them, And my husband is getting tired of it also. Do you have any experience that helps you save your marriage and still take care of your young siblings?Please be kind to help me, thanks.
