Please try it! And when U start exercising, do it regularly at least four- five months, so you can feel that, what will give you yoga. (Practicing yoga for just several lessons will not give anything). Be patient! Be sure in yourself! Love yopurself! Because, yoga will show you how sto begin to love yourself, to respect yourself, in real and most righ way. U'll love and respect yourself not in egoistic way, as we just all do it! We still do not know how to do it because we have forgotten how it is. We see more in material and outward things than looking and listening our soul, our hard.

How to say about something I am doing for more than twenty years? "I like yoga"? No, I will say very simple: Yoga is just my way of life.
That says too much.

im pretty much fond of yoga coz it can reduced stress, make you sound sleep, it could also improved many medical conditions such as allergies, ashma, it'll lower the blood pressure, heart rate. Once you practiced it you can earn spiritual growth, a sense of well being, it can also slowed the aging process, reduced anxiety and muscle tension. Yoga's benefits are numerous.

Yes, I do like yoga but I haven't tried it though. I heard yoga can make you feel relaxed and can make you feel at peace.
