Are you a very keen consumer? For instance, if you buy milk from the grocery store and then as soon as you open it at home, you realize that it has a weird after taste, do you immediately report the incident to the manufacturer of the milk or do you immediately go to a consumer group and file a complaint? Are you also the type of person/consumer who instantly spreads your experience to friends, relatives and other consumers?
