Were you an eallyriser before and not for now? Why do you get up so late ? Are yu as diligent as before?

So it is probably a time schedule thing.Beside We are of energy when young but as we grow ,we are putting much pressure on ourself about work,party,sociality,career and household.we hardly afford the time.

I always wake up soon. At 6:00 a.m. I'm getting up. So, I do not consider myself lazy.
