Mugger says he's sorry!!

Of course he is! He mugged and beat a 101 year old woman in the face and threw her to the ground, along with her walker, for $33.00 and her house keys! He was so sorry he did this , he mugged an 85 year old woman the very same day! I think he was sorry he got caught on videotape. Bad news is, if convicted, he will only get a year in jail. This crime is a misdemeanor. I think crimes, such as this, against elderly people should be a felony. What do you think?
