Do you depend on your Mylot friends to improve the popularity of your discussion threads? Personally, I don't depend on my Mylot friends although I do try to answer as many of their discussions that I can and I certainly do appreciate their support and am truly grateful for all the friends I've made here, but do you feel the same way or do you depend on them to support your discussions all the time?

Certainly I do. If my friends won't answer my discussions, who will? It is not too logical for someone to like responding to my discussions, yet refusing to be my friend. So for someone responding actively, they will likely end up as a friend.

you know this is an interesting question for me. So friends I have here at Mylot I know will respond to most things I write but I get a lot of responses on subjects that i think my friends would right on from a whole different group of people which is really cool. For instance the one i started about my best friend being treated so badly by her boyfriend about how she dressed.I did get a few of Mylot friends comment and intimately it was a Mylot friend that got best response ONLY because she saw the underlying issue bes cause she is one smart lady. But the majority of comments were from young woman that saw this behavior as wrong and I was so proud. HM I lost my train of thought here lol. So yes i do depend on my friends support and understanding but i do enjoy seeing other people comment and state points of views. Cheryl ( from away ) lol

I don't respond to every single discussion that each of my friends makes, because I simply don't have the time to do so, and sometimes I just don't have anything to add on the subject. However, I do also check what discussions they have started, and respond when I am interested and have the time. I certainly don't expect more of my friends than what I give them. =) I have started to depend on some of my mylot friends for advice when I need it, or for reassurance, or just a kind word. Recently after mentioning my health in a discussion, I got several pm's offering concern and support, and that really made me feel great. =)

I have come to realize that many of my friends here are quite dependable.I am not mentioning user names..still many of them appreciable levels of wisdom and high caliber outlook on life. It is quite pleasing to me.

Hello,wachit14, I will be happy if someone read my posts and reply to me, but i cannot expect everyone to do this as they may have alot of discussions to go through or my topis are not interesting enough for them to reply. I think we cannot have too much expectations here from our friends, some members always expect therir friends to reply all of their discussions, when they could not do it ,they will be deleted. I had experienced this before.
