What's your energy booster when you're depressed?

When we get depressed, we have our own different ways on how to boost ourselves up. As for me, a slice of chocolate cake solves my problem. Like they say, there's nothing that chocolates can't solve. How about you? What do you do to cheer yourself up?

I will do some outdoor activities which is not involving others, just myself. I will go for certain place randomly without any intention of doing anything, then i will think about my problem, and surely it will take time to finish :) then i will go to any nearest fastfood stall. Mostly i will go to McD...It always be like that when i have really big matter that concern me. Then i will be social again and hang around with my friends and whatsoever.

Well, sometimes its unavoidable that we feel depressed for the day..but for the health its not a good side, i believe in Meditation which will balance our mind and helps to be normal at situations

When im depressed i had many things to do to boost myself up.Sometimes i have to go shopping,watching movies,talking with friends but the most important things there is i shared it to my husband and together we will go to the church light a candle and pray.
