I have heard about so many churches who claims to be the best church and I imagine sometimes why they are saying all this things. Some churches even demand for money before praying for people or before healing people. What do you think about this?? What do you have to say about this? Thanks and have a nice day.

some churches dont serve God they way God expects them to serve Him. They use the hourse of God to make money for themselves and displease God. god is not happy with them and they must repent.

Yes friend. That's exactly what's going on now in our present generations, but am not surprise because I can see what Jesus said in Mathew 24:-end. He said many false prophet will arise and decieve many. The only word they use is "miracle" and unfortunately, so many people want to get what they want without wasting time or waiting to know the will of God for their lives. Thanks so much for responding to this discussion. God bless you and have a great day ahead

god does not need to be served or worshiped, because god does not want/need, if he does he is imperfect making him not omnipotent.

Many churches do not serve God as intended. I have attended numerous churches, and have been disgusted with several for various reasons. The most common reason was the hunger for money. It is not that I do not understand them passing the collection plate, but one experience was a bit upsetting. At the time, I had five young children practically nothing to live on. I took my children to church and listened to the preacher repeat repeatedly that it was necessary to put ten percent of our income in the collection plate. It was hard for me to spare a dollar for the collection plate, yet he wanted me to donate one tenth of our income. I am sorry, but my children come before raising funds for the church. I will donate my time, I will donate my labor, but I will not take food out of the mouths of my children to support the church. This preacher made me feel so unwelcome that I did not return.

The church is the people and not an institution. An institution has laws and bylaws invented by their leaders. If they have their laws against the will of God,then it is deception. When there are deception in a religion or a denomination chances are they will demand money as a tithe,a donation,or a contribution. All those things i mentioned are common practices of different christian religions pioneered by the Vatican. Now if that is against the will of God,then you must stay out of that church, because they are deceiving the beliefs and faiths of the followers. If you will stay on that kind of church you will be buried to the pit because your leader is blind. Both of you can't see.

No, I think there are a bunch of people out there trying to make money. It's a tiny minority but too visible. When a church demands money before praying for the sick then you know something is rotten. In my church, the Church of Integrity, you don't ever have to pay anything to be a follower. My religion doesn't claim to be the best one, in fact we encourage people to read about other religions. Churches that try to "steal" your money and brainwash people are scary and quite frankly then there are too many of them out there, so many that I'm literally scared when I think about it.

I believe all churches claim one thing or another. Some churches are claiming to be the best church because that's what they believe in. Some churches are saying they are the best church in order that they can attract as many followers as possible. Some churches are even flaunting what they can do. Talk about propagating oneself. What's happening sometimes is that they try to sell their church to the public through shouting to the world of their miracles. What happens is that people are made to believe because of miracles and not through faith. I believe faith should precedes the miracles and not the other way around. Even in the bible the Lord asked first if the would be recipient of a miracle believes or not. Miracles a I believe are rewards for those who have faith. Also in the bible the Lord didn't make mighty miracles in places where people didn't believe in Him.
