I don't know if it's good or not,
I think that there are boring classics
and interesting books.
When I was a student I had to read(the whole books in English as foreign language) Gulliver's travels by Swift,
Alice in Wonderland by Carrol,
Brave new World by Huxley,
and I loved them all.

I never read a classic book. I mean, I already read, but not a very known one.
It isn't that good, actually. Lots of complicateds words and it makes you confused. Yes, they are good at upgrading your writings, but you can learn it by yourself. You don't need to read classic books to improve it. Only if you want to make use of classic worsd.
