I have just opened my Ebay store about a month ago and I'ts not going very well. I think my prices and products are good, but no buys. I've been thinking maybe it's just taht no one is looking at my store.. I've learned that when you put items in your store there is no gallary picture so not many people click on my items. What can i do to drive traffic to my store?
Thanks for the help.

I'm not entirely convinced that ebay stores are the best marketing tool on ebay. People on ebay are generally there for the auctions, not fixed price items. Unless you are selling products that generally don't show up in the auction setting, it's going to be a tough sell to the average ebay customer.
The store does make sense if done in tandem with additional marketing outside of ebay where you are simply directing non-ebay users to find your items there. Focusing your marketing efforts outside of ebay will probably help. Good luck!

Well, you did some good by mentioning it on Mylot, however, I don't know that it is appropriate for here. Anyway, if i were going to promote a store on ebay, I would come up with something unique that would make me stand out from the rest.
You may even have to start out with even lower prices. That is what people look for when they go to ebay. They want the best product, for the lowest price. As you get customers, you can slowly raise your prices to where you want them to be.
If you raise them to fast, you will chase people off and get negative feedback. The main thing is how you put yourself over to the world. You have to do research about the products you sale. Are you charging to little or too much.
If I find a product that is too cheap, I may assume that there is something wrong with it and pass it up. Know your compitition, be aware of how much compitition you have. Always give the customer what you describe and don't take any short cuts or try to decieve.
Sometimes, I go on ebay just to browse and will find something that I feel I have to have right away and will do whatever is needed to get it, but I hate being ripped off. Well, that is all I can come up with now. Gotta run, good luck with your store.
