Do you remember the old school phone booths???

You are really showing your age tonight. I haven't seen a phone booth since I was child and I don't think we have any still around unless it is in a museum.

Thank God for cell phones........What would we do without them in our city?!?! I forgot mine one day and only have forgotten it once since then. I had some kind of mechanical trouble with my vehicle.....wouldn't ou know it and every phone booth I went to had been vandalized. I managed to find a station that would actually allow people to use their phone...emergency only and begging to please! I've had people beg to borrow my cell in the city and have had to say no....for obvious resons and also ....they didn't want me to make the call for them??? Things have definitely changed since HighSchool Stiffler!:) xo God'sBest!xo

I remember them making me nervous and never wanting to go in them..we never really had them in my town..but I've been places where they had them and refused to use them..and they don't just use them as urinals where you are..I think people do that all over..lol

oh man, i sure do. i remember there use to be one down the street from my house. i use to go there and talk to boyfriends on the phone so my mother wouldn't know. but i don't ever remember it smelling like pee. i think that it is across the street from a hospital

I honestly can't really remember phone booths! lol I just asked my mom about them when I read the post. hehe I think I'm glad I haven't had to use those though if they are gross like that! lol Thank goodness for cell phones! :)

I remember those booths, and yes the homeless use them as urinal where I used to live too. But, where I'm at now there are very few booths. They nail the phones on the walls. Even then, I rarely see them because majority of the people have cell phones.
