I have 3 kids and I raised them well. My eldest is 15 and the youngest is 6 years old. I wonder if one of them will become a blacksheep as what others believe that there will really exist one or maybe two. As of now, I don't see any signs that they will become like that. Some people say, it will appear when they reach the debut stage. Is this a fact/

Being the black sheep isn't always a bad thing. Some children prefer to be the black sheep because they feel personally that they cannot do what everyone else in their family is doing. Sometimes it is not that the person is doing something wrong, it is that the family is too close minded to accept that someone might choose a different way.

I guess I'm the black sheep of the family. I've got two elder sisters. I'm the only one that has left home to study abroad. I'm open to new ideas but my sisters are very skeptical. Their first reaction to new things are always negative whereas I keep neutral. They are both teachers where as I'm studying to become an engineer. They both date our own race where as my boyfriend is candaian.

I have always understood that being a black sheep is not that you are different from the rest. Being a black sheep means you are the one in the family that people don't prefer to be around, picked last, or in all essence it means bad. My ex husband was the black sheep of his family. His mother and dad prefered to be around hi ssister. No matter what he tried to do for them. She always got the acknowlegdemnt of doing it. One time we threw a anniversary party for his parents..bought and set up everything. Except the ham. We even bought the buns the ham went on. WE spent alot of money and time doing this..But guess what when it was announced who set it up..Only his sister name was mentioned. We quickly left after that.

Well, I do not know if is a true fact for every family, but I will admit, I am the black sheep of my family. Just because their were some bad events that happened to me and not to my siblings. I do not get along with family very well due to those bad events and so I do consider myself the black sheep.

They do in my family. People tend to say it is usually the middle child. My advice to you is try to keep an open line of communication with all your kids. Good luck.

Maybe it happens usually to the middle child however I am the youngest. On the other hand, my aunt who is the blacksheep of her family is one of the middle children.
