are others aware of your bad mood before you?

i think it depends on the person who you're with. some people are sensitive to others' moods while some are quite insensitive. for me, it really comes down to the person who you're with at the time when your bad mood struck you. what do you think about this?

When I came into new places, most people were not aware of my sensitivity. Usually I don't show that attitude that early but when the time come when I get close to those people, I can show them the real me. When they notice I'm not talking anymore they already knew that I'm not in the good mood. With this, they know how to deal with me.

hehe, so you are like me. we dont show our true colors to strangers. we only open up our real selves to people whom we feel close to or to whom we feel that we are confortable with. :)

My husband knows when I am getting in a bad mood. I wouldn't say before I do but he knows me so well he knows what triggers them. He can assest a situation and determine what my mood will be. He often tries to "fix" the situation before I get in a bad mood. If hes not home he can tell instantly how my day was just from talking to me. I guess we are truly connected or I am just easy to read
