I think its not because in the democracy judisery have a fine role. Because there where so many corrput politicans are there they will destroy the power. so they are fighting aganist the court. If anybody did a crime we have to give some blame. for that judicery is necessary. For example in the case of pakistan there cheif judges is impiched, because he take some necessary action aganist president Musharaf.So i think pakistan is now not a democratic country.
