Do you often say "I love you" to your love ones?

I have an officemate that always say "I love you" to her kids. I don't really mind if you really mean it, but sometimes its just words out of your mouth. It has become a common word to say and does not have any meaning at all. I myself don't say "I Love you" often, but with the few times that I said it I really meant it. How about you?

i say i love you often times to my love ones especially my kids. my 1 year old boy Bhen will respond us when someone say "i love u bhen". he will say "ta ta ta"
