I was perplexed...didnt know what to do!!!!!

I was going to my friends place when i came across an accident.I was in a hurry so i was passing by when a man,very much worried and crying,stopped my car.I didnt know what to do when he suddenly came upto me and said that he and his wife,who was pregnant were going to the hospital when they met with the accident.She was in labour,so he asked me to drop him at the hospital.I jus couldnt deny him and offered to help and dropped him and his wife at the hospital. But because of that delay,i lost my marks that day coz i went late to the exam.This can affect my overall grades. Du think what i did was right?!?!?
