Make some respect!!!!!

For me, I do feel that I am sometimes rude towards my parents. Why... After some analysis, I come to the conclusion that it might be because of the stress of work. It is just sometimes we are expecting them to respect us and give me some space as well when needed. Since young, they are somehow like our hero. Whatever they do, we worship them. And as we grow and expose to many areas, we thinks that what they did is wrong. It is somehow a great disappointment to me because I have put so much hope and confident on them.

i agree with you that some teens are not respecting their parents anymore. as far as i can see it, even the in less fortunate families, the children are becoming disrespectful as well. by any chance, most of the cases are due to age gaps and that teens are in the stage of their lives wherein they want to break free and be independent already. in my brother's case as i see it, he is disappointed by the fact that my parents cannot keep us both in college at the same time. he hasn't enrolled this summer because of our financial difficulty. as a result, he, most of the time, show disrespect to our parents which i cannot take as well. they just need understanding and someone who will listen to what they're thinking.
