let me tell your what I usually feel when I am in between awake and begin to sleep. sometimes I feel like I am flying, leave the ground. but the most common happens is that all my day, that day, are just flashes in front of my eyes then I remember nothing because at that moment I already sleep (I guess). Do you feel the same?

What you are describing is the beginning of an Outer Body Experience. It is the precursor to Astral Travelling. Meaning you keep consciousness while having an OBE. Everyone does this when they fall asleep - your consciousness leaves your physical body and goes off into non-physical worlds. The jolt back is your consciousness coming back into the physical body, often people get a sense of fear when this happens.

That was what they told me...but I did not have the fear part.

That's fantastic not to have the fear. It is that phase of 'takeoff' and 'landing' that puts people off the experience. If you master this you are in a great position to learn many things. Perhaps you have been doing spiritual practices in past lives. Did you know that many people who do spiritual practices want to have this experience, or want to master it. It is the forerunner to experiencing non physical realms. Happy travelling.

I kinda get the same, while I'm laying in bed and I'm half asleep, I'll suddenly jolt, sometimes it is such a jolt that I leave the bed like I'm jumping! I spoke to someone about this (wondering if this was common) and I was told that it could be an OBE (Out of Body Experience) and my spirt had left my body and returned agin (the jolt being the return). I'm not sure if there is a scientific explination for it though, although it can be a little scary.
