How much web space does it take to bulid a web site?

which is web space provider is best.

It depends on what site your going to make. If it's only a blogsite then 50-100mb is more than enough already. I have a domain (pinayl0ve.com) with 4 other hostees hosted there and currently it only takes up 150mb and that's 5 sites! The best "free" webhost for me is Freewebs.com
