Now a days i have observed most of them as parents give junkfood for children(below 7yrs) as they dont have time to cook food as lack of time? is it advisable? Eg: when a child goes to school or pre-school, he/she carry's tiffin box to eat during his break, instead of some fruits or healthy item. we find junkfood.

Junk foods are NEVER advisable especially in the ealy formative years of a child. Children need all the nutrients they can get at these age of mental and physical development. Having no time to prepare quality goods for your child to bring at school is never a reason to provide them with junk.

I don't think it's bad to give youth junkfood but I do think it needs to be moderated. At such a young age, it's important to give kids nutritious foods to help aid them in the growing process. Plus, it's good to start better eating habits when their young, so that when they're older they know what they should be eating in order to stay healthy. I think it's just easier for parents to give their children junk food because a lot of times it's cheaper than healthy foods and they don't have to worry about their children not eating it. You know how children can be. If it's healthy, they tend to not want to eat it.
