Yes i do have abudget. I allocate a maximum of rs 400 per month and i never crossed the mark. As of now i'm using a prepaid connection. I'm planning to shift to post-paid. Although i have to pay a monthly rent, it is offset by the long distance calls i make. Post paid charges low for long distance calls compared to prepaid.

I'm not sure of how much I spent with it. As far as I remember, it is on the least of my budget. I don't spend much money for my cellphone's load, I would rather save it for future use. But now that I'm selling e-loads, I get free texts for selling a certain amount. I'm happy because I get it for free, I don't have to spend any amount for it.

For me, it is a necessity since I use it for work-related matters, that's why my company gives its managers free 300 pesos load each month. But I spend close to around 700 a month more or less because I also have some personal matters to attend to using my cell phone. In adition, it is a necessity because my husband works out of town, and it is the simplest way to keep in touch; same goes with my daughter who is in Cebu right now. All the four of us have cellphones to keep us in touch with each other wherever we are. Suddenly it has become a gadget of extreme necessity for us family members because when I need something from my sister or sister-in-law, I can easily reach them thru texting.

As of the moment, I spend about P 100-300 of cellphone load per month. I used to spend nearly P 1,000 of cellphone load. I am a heavy texter! The massive decrease is for the fact that I have already an internet connection in our home and cellphone networks have already unlimited texting service. Well, I belive that most people spend cellphone load not on necessity but on fun and leisure time. People use cellphones in order to meet new friends through texting, gain boyfriends/girlfriends, etc.

About 1 year ago, I used to have prepaid service for my cell phone. That's because I don't have much call to make within a month and by using the prepaid service, I could maintain a minimum fee of RM30 per month and able to keep my call out active. But about 2 months ago, I found that my prepaid credit comsumption rate is rising and I feel it's time to switch to post paid service which is giving a much better deal at lower call and text messaging rate. Therefore, I opt for a RM75 monthly package which I feel it's deal most suitable for my usage rate. So far I am paying RM80+ for the last 2 months (Extra charge applies if you exceed the RM75 package limit)

On regular days, I only spent at least 2 hundred per month on my load but when it's busy days like If I have an event or something important I load more than that but I never exceed to maybe 500 per month.
When I was still using a postpaid line, my monthly bills exceed even up to close to thousand pesos and so I figured out I can save more if I use prepaid.

My part of the cell phone bill is 84 dollars a month.
If I had my way, it'd be about 50 dollars.
However, since my phone is on my boyfriend's grandpa's account - I really have no say so in the matter.
