my dog keeps getting the hiccups....why???

My little black lab puppy is about 13 weeks old and he gets the hiccups at least once a day. Is this normal? Is there something i'm not doing, or something I'm doing wrong. Has you dog ever got the hiccups? Did it happen once or more times a day? Should I be concerned? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
