what can you say about the philippine elections?

Corrupted. Majority of the bets running for election today are "TRAPO" or traditional politician. The others came from a different league such as showbiz industry. Although these actors/actresses have a really good intentions, I cannot say that it's enough for them to run for a position. How would they adapt themselves to a new challenge? Do they have a political background or a strong educational background that would support their goals? I won't vote, that's for sure.
