How do we put images in our discussions?

I have seen people put images in their discussions. One of myLot friends posted some flowers. This was very nice.

How do we do this? I have tried with the image tags but it just doesn't seem to work. I did a search and it said that we can do this after 500 posts, but I have seen people do it with less posts. Is this because of their browser? If it is true that we need 500 posts, how is it done after that?
Do you like posting images in your posts? Do you like to see them in posts?

Everyone is telling you how to do then when you are starting a discussion. The fact is, until you have 500 posts, this is the only way you can add images to yor posts. You cannot do it when you respond to other people yet.

I HAVEN'T LOG IG MYLOT SINCE YEAR 2007..NOW I CAME BACK AND EVERYTHING HAD CHANGED....HOW CAN I MAKE A POST I NEED HELP.....I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO ASK FOR HELP DIRECTLY FROM ANY MYLOT OFFICIALS!!!! PLEASE HELP
