Pumpkin Seed Recipe

Halloween is almost here! Who has a great recipe for oven-toasted Pumpkin seeds? After we clean pumpkins I like to cook them for my daughter with a little salt and butter on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Any other tasty recipes?
