Reason for fittness

i think having good thoughts in your mind, and also dtermination, interest are responsible for the your frehness, what in your view is reswponsible for keeping a person fresh all the time, do you think the same way, or do you think some other thinks are responsible for freshness,
I also think food which we eat is responsible for our fitness, i think friuts, juices, and vegtables and also resposible for it, and also if we eat with in limits, it helps us to remain fit and fine with lots of freshness

I think putting objectives in your mind is a good way of thinking. It makes you healthier, for some reason.
Loving someone and expressing that love, being loved back, and all this kind of stuff, makes your immunologic system stronger. That's a fact.
Fitness is not only about body, is also about mind. So, if you are feeling happy, and have a clean mind, you'll be fit.
