which is more important, do you think,when you are going to find a job,diploma or ablitty?

Actually the more inportant is ofcourse the ability, but when you applied for a job, then the first that a company looking from you is your educational, after that they interview you to know if you have the ability or not. So i think it is just the same important between both of two
