Mother's Day

Mother's day has been and gone here in the Uk...my kids brought me a card and made me a lovely picture and framed it. I am living in England and my mother is living in Scotland, I sent her a card and had a bunch of flowers delivered to her. xxx

I think that my sister and I are taking my Mom to the Casino.She loves it there.When you look at her calender at home she has her whole month planned out as to which Casino she is going to and with who...At least she gets out and about.... I have made my mother and my mother in law a scrapbook for mother's day. They always talk about how they like my scrapbooks so I thought this would be something like would enjoy and be able to keep and share for a long time.

My Mom doesn't live here in canada, she lives in the states so I will probably just send her a card. I can't wait for her to come visit in June for my daughter's first birthday. Will be great to see her and my dad!

On Mother's Day itself, we will go see my boyfriend's mom. Two days later, we will see my mom, on our way through the town in which she lives. I will be taking gifts and cards that I made to both of them.

My family just usually goes out on mothers' day. I don't know what I'd give my mom. She loves flowers so maybe i'll get her some. i want to make her something special, but i just don't know what. maybe i'll get her a free spa day or something. or spend time with her. i love talking to my mom. we never run out of anything to talk about. as for grandma and aunts, i don't really give them anything since they live far away from us. I just send them an SMS greeting.

I am taking my mom to lunch the day after mother's day. She told me about a place to eat near where she works that sounds really good. I am also either going to make her a card or buy a card for her.
