i am a quit. i use to consume about a dozen of them a day... then one morning i decided to quit and then i slowly reduced the number of sticks consumed and atlast completely quit it..
so tell me about your smoking life!!!!

I have never started it.But one of best friend is a big smoker.He use to smoke abot 15 sticks a day i think .I cant find him hardly without it in his mouth .I dont why he is addictedt to it this much.
He use to use it on every moods.He goes for smoking when he is happy and also when he is desperate.
I adviced him to quit so many times.But he said he tried but he cant .Will you help my friend by telling me how you came to quit it.
