I would say Josh Groban... his voice is just absolutely amazing. If you haven't heard him I really suggest you go out and buy his cd.

there are too many beautifull voices in this world to pick one as the best..each of them is unique and has its charm..i like mariah carey,celine dion,withney houston,julio iglesias,elton john....and many others:)
