Is there any special diet that increase your eye sight?

i have heard that carrots help. I also take fish oil tablets - they have helped my eye allergies but have not really seemed to have improved my eyesight. Isn't the main problem with eyesight to do with the curvature of the eyeball? I am thinking that maybe moving the eyeballs around a lot - such as eyeball movement exercises - may help improve the eyesight a bit.

blueberries and strawberries i have been told. YOu need to eat a lot of them though, it's something to do with the pigment in the skin that helps you to see more clearly apparently
