Healing tear drops - Have you got a story too?

All we know that when we are very sad and depressed - after a big crying our soul is lighter, we trust more in ourselves. We can see the truth more clearly. Don't we? :) I know a lady (about 50yrs old), who lives somewhere close to my workplace. I always greet her. Sometimes we "talk": Usually she speaks continuously and I try to go back to work :) But I always want to be kind with her- that is not too easy. She complaining continuously about her life, mother, daughters, money, business. Once she said, that she has problem with her eyes, because she has not tears. And now I realized, that is not only a physical disease, but a mental hygienic problem too. She can not cry, when she is very sad or depressed. She can not feel herself lighter after a big crying. That is why she must feel the force to speak and complain about her problem continuously. I do not cry often now, but a few years ago when my life was harder I cried a lot and I remember what a feeling this is.

Hi Dolcerina! I have heard about people with this problem. It must be terrible. Tears are like a release of all those bad feelings. With no way to release them I guess they do build up. I'm like you, I feel better after a good cry.
