Do u face the delay problem to open an google adsense account?

I have attemped a lot of time to open an account in google adsense but I was failed. Is this a problem of net speed or others? Here net speed is slow but not too slow to work. Still I am writting here (mylot) & I am not facing with problems to open an account at other site. It is really hard to realize me what is the wrong? Have you face the same problem?
