*Thoughts on Todays society And Discrimination*

i really believe that todays society can use some imput and education to those who really dont kno the meaning of discrimination and how they can really justify a persons OVERALL well being.
. What would you think?..whats ur imput on this subject?*.

DISCRIMINATION IN ANYTHING... theirs just so much in this world today!.. just give me one thing that u have in mind that u find is unfair?...

well i once applied for a job at a steel Mill. I didn't have experience but I knew some people who didn't have any experience either and were hired so I applied. Well when I dropped my resume off the guy made a joke about how they had machines in there that weighed more than me..ha ha...so I said I don't have to lift the machines though, I explained that I could learn fast and I am a hard worker. Let me just mention that at that time only one girl worked there and she was as tough as the men. I didn't get that job and I know it was because I am a small girl and unless your built like a man they don't hire you. It's sad because they use machines to pick up heavy stuff and why in the world could I not do that.
