What is the most offensive word in your native language?

In the US, I think the most offensive word is "n199er" (myLot wouln't even let me use it! I had to work my way around it and update my profile to accept mature content to start this discussion), due to its history. More than any other word, it attempts to tear away a persons humanity. It is associated with slavery, segregation, hatred, rape, and murder. It is so foul that, in everyday common usage, it is referred to as the 'N' word. People don't even want to say the word when they are talking about it.
Are there any other words like this around the world?
