I was a wedding photographer for many years, so I've learned that it's best to consult with an expert... some of the do-it-yourself brunches were a nightmare! LOL :)
Here's a link where you might get some tips:

My very best to you and yours! :)

You might want to try to keep it simple since it is so close.
Bagels and cream cheese. Fruit salads. English muffins. Blue berry and banana nut muffins. And of course, you can not forget the coffee. :)
Congrats to your sister!!!
Oh! And this sounds really good!

Yes, I do not drink. So I would be one of those people that would want to drink my orange juice straight. :)
Glad to hear that there is a bagel shop.
You might be able to work a deal with them on muffins also. :) Don't be afraid to ask if they would be willing to work a deal if you ordered a certain amount. :)
Good luck sweetie!!!!

It is close. I just found out this month that she is getting married. It is hard for her to plan way in advance because her fiance cannot leave the navy base anytime that he wants. I think that he really loves her, almost every weekend if he can he drives 4 hours to come visit her. Every thing that you mentioned sounds good. I think that I am going to put an order in for some bagels. I think that we have a local bagel shop in our area.

I like to use tea sandwiches. I know they are pretty old school, but they are fancy, and delicious. Take whatever bread you like and any veggies or meats you like and put them together with alittle dill mayo, or other herbs. I like cucumber, green peppers, bean sprouts and ham or turkey with alittle mayo. MMMMM, good stuff. Good luck!
