After the incident at Virginia Tech a new gun bill is being pushed through congress to make it even more difficult for people suffering from a diagnosable mental illness to purchase a gun. Studies, though, have proven time and again that only a minority of people suffering from mental illness become violent.
So do you think Cho has further stagmitized the mental health community or given a clearer look into what they are really capable of doing? Do you think that they should be given the right as others to protect themselves or should others be protected from them?
