who called 911 to save his mommy because she passed out? Read the article here http://www.comcast.net/includes/article/print.jsp?fn=/data/news/html//2007/04/30/650623.html and let me know what you think about this.
When I first read, it made me cry. Just thinking about how selfless this child is and look how our world is. It just breaks your heart when you hear so many horrible stories on the news or on the Internet, but after reading this it makes you realize that there is still some good in this world, even if it comes from a little boy who learned something that is extremely important to do.

Thanks for sharing. That story is amazing. I'm glad that he knew what to do. It really makes you look upon what we need to teach our children becuase you never know when something like this is going to happen. I should get one of these books and start working with my 3 year old on it. Thanks again.

Wow, that's amazing. I can't believe he actually knew that something was wrong and that he should call 911. This boy literally saved his mother's life. That is beyond amazing, especially at such a young age. I love books, for the sole reason that children really do love to read when they are younger and sometimes the books that we read to our children really benefit them more than we know.

This is awesome the child had learned that 9-1-1 was for emergencies. That he could count on them to help him out.
Sounds like this book that he learned to dial 9-1-1 from is a great book that every child should have. I'm going to see if I can't find that book around here somewhere. If not I will order it off the internet.
Thanks for sharing this wonderful story with us.
