I'd have to say that personally pitcher plants are my favorite, although they're in a tough race with Venus Fly traps. Which do you prefer? Sundews? Others?

I prefer the venus fly trap only because that is the only one I have ever owned. It was a fun plant to have and watch. I use to love putting insects in its mouth and watch it close on them. Unfortunately I didn't know how to care for it the best and it ended up dying on me. I have seen pictures of the pitcher plant and have always thought that would be a fun one to own.

Pitcher's are great! I just got a few off of eBay. Owned them a while back, but my little brother...yes! my little brother, he was 2 at the time, I think I was about 16; anyhow, the little man went in my room, and ate them all!
If you get a chance to get hold of some, do seize the opportunity. You wont regret it.

I would have to agree with you. The pitcher plant is definitely my favorite. Although they all hold a small space in my heart. =)

The only carnivorous plant I have ever even seen is a Venus Fly Trap. I have heard of many other types, ut I have never seen them. I bought a Venus Fly Trap for my kids several months ago, but it didn't live very long for us. I guess I just haven't quite figured out the proper care for them yet.
