Kidney Transplant for my mother!!!!

Hi all... I just want to share my family problem... My mom is sick for years... her both kidney is not working anymore... she's having a dialysis 3 times a week... she has a health insurance from US government so all her problem is her transport fare and medicines during her dialysis session. She had a pacemaker operation last 2004 bcoz of heart problem. His doctor claimed her health insurance at TRICARE Company but TRICARE didn't pay my mother's doctor until now. Now, my mother's doctor is not going to provide her kidney transplant anymore bcoz he's afraid that Tricare won't pay him again. I'll be glad if anyone would want to help my mother.....
